What is Assam Industrial Asset Management?
Assam Industrial Asset Management System provides management of Land records and revenue collection of all industrial units located inside Industrial Areas which are managed by Industrial Infrastructure organisations of Assam. This initiative is taken to digitize all records and facilitate online billing system.
Data Management:
The software provides storage of Land records, Rental Information and contact details of all industrial areas and units.
Online Billing System:
Infrastructure Organizations can generate bill and then Industrial Units can pay the bill online and receive payment acknowledgement.
Reporting:
Administration can track various reports like Monthly Bill Register, Revenue Report, Defaulter Report, Transaction Reports etc

Bill Amount is available in the customer’s portal.
Terms & Conditions For Online Payment
All Online Payment is completed through a third party payment gateway. Payment reaches respective organiation account after 2-3 Days.
Charges are application for Online Transactions as follows:
** Netbanking: Rs 5 per Transaction,
** Credit Card: 0.85% of Transaction Amount, Rupay
** Debit card: Rs 0/-
Refund Policy:
In case of any technical issues for duplicate payment, Refund will be processed. In case of Payment not updating in the portal, But amount deducted from Bank Account and realised in organization account, the transaction will be updated by the organization

** Promote rapid industrialization by effective use of Single Window Agency under EoDB along with self certification system.
** Promote forward & backward linkages in raw material supply and marketing efforts towards optimum use of local produces.
