Online Payment Charges Information :
** Credit Cards(Visa/Master) : No charges upto bill amount Rs. 908 and 0.98 % of the transaction amount fror bills more than Rs.908

** Debit Cards(up to Rs 2000) : No charges upto bill amount Rs.1185 and 0.75 % of the transaction amount for bills more than Rs.1185
** Debit Cards(above Rs. 2000) : 1% of the transaction amount(for bills more than Rs.2000)
** Cash Card/Prepaid Card : No charges upto bill amount Rs.1780 and 0.50 % of the transaction amount for bills more than Rs.1780
** Net Banking : No charges from consumers

Note :
Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd is glad to announce that we are upgrading to an advance billing system. The format of the energy bills that consumers receive monthly/bi-monthly will have few changes. Consumer Identifiers in Old Billing System The old billing system will continue to function for some time and can be assessed

Earlier the consumers were identified with following identifiers :
Sub-division code : 4 digit number, like 2341 Binder number: 4 digit number, like 1801 Account number: 4 digit number, like 0144 Also, sometimes binder and account number are clubbed together and jointly known as account number of 8 digits, like 18010144.

Consumer Identifiers in New Billing System For assessing the new billing system, consumer are requested to assess our website jaipurdiscom.in and click ‘ New billing system’ link given on the home page and complete process of user registration. Once you have successfully created the user, various services like online bill payment, duplicate bills and past bills records etc. can be availed.

The new bills generated will now have following identifiers for every consumer :
Office code : 7 digit number, like 2104140 K.No. : 12 digit number, like 210414014234 These numbers can be located in the energy bill as marked below:

Terms & Conditions :

1. I/We agree and accept the services provided by JVVNL at my/our request to carry out my/our bill payments through Payment Gateway on my/our account, through instructions given by me/us from time to time.
2. I/We agree to provide my/our correct identification details as registered with the billing company. I/We agree to indemnify the Bank/Payment Gateway from any liability due to incorrect information in this regard. I/We also agree to communicate any change in identification details as registered with the billing company to the JVVNL.
3. I/We have no objection whatsoever, to the billing company providing my/our billing details to the Bank/Payment Gateway.
4. While the Bank/Payment Gateway will take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the billing details, the Bank/Payment Gateway is not liable for any error. I/We shall not hold the Bank/Payment Gateway responsible for any loss, damages, etc. that may be incurred / suffered by me/us, if the information contained turns out to be inaccurate/incorrect.
5. I/We agree that any disputes on bill details will be settled directly with the concerned office of the JVVNL and the Bank/Payment Gateway’s responsibility is limited to provision of information only.
6. I/We agree that we will make bill amount payments as required by the JVVNL. I/We will not hold the Bank/Payment Gateway responsible for the biller rejecting the bill amount because of incorrect or incomplete entries.
7. I/We agree to pay full amount of electricity bill otherwise my/our connection is liable for disconnection and delay payment charges will be leviable as per JVVNL’s rules.
8. I/We agree that the record of the instructions given and transactions with the Bank/Payment Gateway shall be conclusive proof and binding for all purposes and can be used as evidence in any proceeding.
9. I/We agree that the JVVNL is at liberty to withdraw at any time the Bill Payment facility, or any services provided there under, in respect of any or all the account (s) without assigning any reason whatsoever, without giving me/us any notice.

Your consent and changes to the Terms & Conditions :
By using the website, .jaipurdiscom.com & jaipurdiscom.in, you consent to accept the Terms & Conditions as we have outlined on this page . JVVNL may decide to change this Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will post those changes on these pages so that you are always aware of these.

Refund Policy :
Excess bill payments or more than one payment made by any other payment gateway or mode will be adjusted in next bills.
