IBPS Candidate Grievance Lodging
All the candidates and constituents are hereby informed that IBPS has decided to launch online mechanism for lodging and redressal of grievance with effect from 1st July 2015 in connection with Common Recruitment Process undertaken by IBPS.

If any candidate intends to register any grievance, he/she may click on the link under the heading “Candidate Grievance Lodging and Redressal Mechanism” on IBPS official website i.e. www.ibps.in.
All replies on the grievances lodged shall be given at the registered email address within a reasonable time of registering the grievances.
In view of the creation of online candidate grievance lodging and redressal mechanism on IBPS official website from 1.7.2015, no grievance lodged/made through other modes of communication with regard to Common Recruitment Process will be entertained

FAQ On IBPS
i. Information about IBPS.
The candidates are requested to kindly visit the official IBPS website for the same.
ii. When is the next examination?
Kindly keep visiting the official IBPS website from time to time for updates.
iii. What is the qualification criteria for CWE exam (RRB, PO, Clerk, Specialist officer)?
The candidates are requested to refer to the relevant clause of the advertisement available on official IBPS website for the same.
iv. Retain the same eligibility criteria for next CWE examination.
The IBPS is only a test conducting agency. The eligibility criteria like age/education qualifications are prescribed after discussion/consultation with the Participating Organizations as per their requirements.
v. Non co-operation from the Banks.
The candidates are requested to kindly contact concerned allottee bank/organization.
vi. Ambiguity with release date for Ex-Servicemen.
Candidates are requested to follow the terms and conditions mentioned in the advertisement.
vii. What is the pay scale in bank job?
Information may be obtained from the Bank.
viii. Why is PET not given to General candidate?
PET is provided as per the Govt. guidelines in this regard.
ix. How to enroll with IBPS?
There is no general enrollment system in IBPS. Candidates can only apply to posts in Participating Organizations in response to posts advertised for, on the official IBPS website.
x. How to file RTI in IBPS?
IBPS does not come under the purview of RTI Act, 2005.
Features of IBPS Grievance Redressal Mechanism
The IBPS Grievance Redressal Mechanism (IGRM) is a system that allows candidates to lodge complaints against any aspect of the IBPS recruitment process. The IGRM is designed to be simple, efficient, and transparent.
The following are some of the features of the IGRM:
** Online complaint submission: Candidates can lodge complaints online through the IBPS website. This makes it easy for candidates to submit complaints from anywhere in the world.
** Unique complaint number: Each complaint is assigned a unique complaint number. This number can be used to track the progress of the complaint.
** Complaint status tracking: Candidates can track the status of their complaints online. This allows candidates to see how their complaints are being processed and when they can expect a response.
** Response within 15 days: The IBPS is committed to responding to complaints within 15 days. This ensures that candidates receive a timely response to their complaints.
** Complaint resolution: The IBPS is committed to resolving complaints in a fair and impartial manner. All complaints are investigated thoroughly and a decision is made on each complaint based on the evidence.

I have applied for ibps Agriculture field officer. But I have done a mistake in application form. I have filled "certificate in computer language" in computer details but the name of course that I read in graduation is "computer application"

I want to give complaint on EXAMINATION CENTRES of IBPS.
Problem: 1] They are not maintaining silence during the exam.. More disturbance in hall.
2] They are not conducting exam at the same time in same room because of dirty systems. Some started exam early and left are in another time like 15 mins late. In this way who started exam early they get more disturbance(mainly "me")in same room.
3] we have less time to write the exam right but what is this disturbance. We loss time, questions, marks, finally job.
Recently I faced this problem in ibps rrb p.o. prelims. They gave us time only 45mins. We loss 15mins time in room during examination with their rubbish disturbance.
If anyone agree this or face the same problem please post complaint on them.

I applied for October PO preliminary exam. In call letter they mentioned only on 16-Oct-2016. It is mentioned a 3 exams(Reasoning,Aptitude & English).
