** Preparatory work : Keep GAZETTE pdf file ready on desk top of your computer.
** Visit telangana.gov.in/Gazette

** User Name : Enter your Login Name
** Password : Enter your password
** Click “Login”

**Click “GAZETTE Generation” on Main Menu
** Department : System will populate itself
** Gazette Type : Select from List
** Gazette Category : Select from List
** Gazette Number : Enter Gazette number here
** Gazette Date : Enter Gazette Date in DDMMYYYY format
** Job Number : Enter job number here
** ABSTRACT : Enter Abstract of Gazette here
** Browse Gazette : Click “Browse”
** Select the Gazette pdf File at Desk Top
** Click “Open”
** Click “Check the Text”. This is to ensure that correct Gazette text is uploaded. If text is OK, proceed further. Otherwise again Click Browse and repeat steps h(i) to j(iii)
** Click “Upload the Gazette”. Click OK . System will display message, “ Gazette …. successfully”
** Click “Log out ” to exit application
** Click Help to view Help

Help For Viewing Gazette :
** Visit telangana.gov.in/Gazette
** Click View Gazette on Main Menu. Select at least ONE parameter for fast search.
** Issuing Authority : Select from List. If no Authority is selected, System will display Gazette of All authorities
** Gazette Type : Select from List. If no Type is selected, System will display Gazette of All Types.
** Gazette Category : Select from List. If no Category is selected, System will display Gazette of All Category
** Gazette No : Enter Gazette number if you know. Otherwise leave it blank
** Gazette Date From and TO : Enter definite Date if you know in DDMMYYYY format (For example 01032008 for 01-03-2008). Otherwise enter Range, From Date To Date. If you keep To Date as Blank, system will display Gazettes up to Current date.
** Search Text : You can enter Search Text here. System will search for these words in ABSTRACT of Gazette but not in Text Body of Gazette
** Click Search. System will display Gazette(s) which meets the selected parameters
** Click “select” of Relevant Gazette record to view and print.
** Click Log Out to exit application
** Click Help to view Help

** No field is mandatory.However Select atleast one search parameter(s) for fast search and click Search to view Gazette.

About Telangana :
Telangana is the 29th state of India, formed on the 2nd of June 2014. The state has an area of 1,12,077 Sq. Km. and has a population of 3,50,03,674. The Telangana region was part of the Hyderabad state from Sept 17th 1948 to Nov 1st 1956, until it was merged with Andhra state to form the Andhra Pradesh state.

After decades of movement for a separate State, Telangana was created by passing the AP State Reorganization Bill in both houses of Parliament.
