Is it mandatory to obtain Thashil dar endorsement in application while applying SSLC duplicate certifcate
I had recently lost my TamilNadu 12th certificate in Bangalore. I recently filed an FIR here. From this post there is a statement "If the certificate is lost, a certificate should be obtained from given by the Tahsildar". So should I obtain the certificate from Tahsildar in Bangalore or should it be from TamilNadu? Please let me know if you could answer this question. Thank you.
