Jaipur Development Authority has established a Citizen Care Center for effective and faster disposal of public grievances and to provide various services to public at a single window.

The Centre has been established in a modern and citizen friendly complex to facilitate the common man to come and redress his complaint. The services of counsellors have also been provided. The applications received at the centre are computerized and sent to the concerned officer for disposal in a time bound manner. The citizen is given a due date for getting his reply/work done.

** Give your personal details and create your JDA e-Service Login ID and Password.
** JDA will send you an Activation code on your mobile and/or email.

** After receiving Activation Code Click on “Activate your Account”.
** Enter your JDA Login ID and Activation code to activate your Account.
** Login with your Login ID and password and enjoy e-Services.

Services Online :
** Prepare Bank Deposit Slip (Challan) online and Make Payment in JDA Authorized Bank(s).
** Make Payment Online.
** Receive SMS Notifications.

Customer Convenience Fee for Online Payment Services :
The facility to make online payment in JDA is provided by third party. The consumer willing to avail online payment services will have to pay additional customer convenience fee as under
Transaction Cost through Credit Card (Visa-Masters) & Debit Card / Cash Cards/ Mobile Payments – 1.25 % of Transaction Amount + Service Tax (If any)

Transaction Amount through Net Banking – Rs 10.00 per transaction + Service Tax (If any)
