Union Bank of India offers Co-branded prepaid card with Indian Railway Catering & Corporation Ltd (IRCTC) which will enable customers to carry out fast and robust ticket booking.

1. Enter your tracking number sent at the time of registration (OR)

Request for New Card (New User) :
** Request for IRCTC UBI prepaid card (Virtual or Physical Cards).
** You need to have valid PAN (Permanent Account Number) card to purchase your prepaid card
** Initial load amount of INR 500 at the time of card purchase
** One card per user will be issued.
Reload your card :
** No additional charges for top-up
** Reload your card using Internet Banking facility
** Visit nearest UBI branch for cash based top-up facility
** Cardholders are eligible to do 3 top-up per day
** Minimum of Rs.500 & maximum of permissible card limit is allowed for each top-up
Close & get refund for your card :
** INR 100 will be charged for card closure & refund
** Residual balance will be refund via NEFT transfer only
** Card balance less than INR 100 will not be eligible for refund

What are the various Quotas available for booking through Internet?
At present, Internet booking is allowed only against General (GN),Tatkal, Senior citizen and Ladies (LD) Quotas.
How do I find out STATION CODE for a given station?
The user can find the station codes by using the Station Code Finders provided on “Plan My Travel”, “Fare Enquiry”, “Trains From/To”, and “Get Availability” pages. The user can enter the first three letters of the station name and click search to get the list of matching stations and the station codes.
How much extra should I pay for my ticket?
IRCTC charges a service charge of Rs.80/- plus service tax per ticket in case of Second Class and Sleeper Class tickets and Rs.120/- plus service tax per ticket in case of tickets of other classes.
(These charges are not per passenger) Apart from this service charge of IRCTC, transaction charges as notified will be levied by the banks for each transaction.

After submission, the page displays the route of the train with the arrival and departure timings at all the stations and the distance of each station from the originating station.
