Field Service Action is applicable only on select batches of Ford cars . To find out if your vehicle is among the select batches, please type your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) in the box below.

VIN is Vehicle Identification Number Please check the following places for your VIN:
1. Look under the driver seat. You will find a black flap, just lift that and your Vehicle Identification Number will be inscribed there.

2. Look under the driver seat remove the floor mat and lift the black flap to find the VIN inscription.

[1] 6 Airbags are available in Titanium+ variant of Next-Gen Figo, Aspire and EcoSport. The All-New Endeavour has 7 airbags. Dual airbags are standard on all Ford vehicles.

[7] ABS with EBD is available in Next-Gen Figo (all variants, optional in Titanium AT), Aspire (all variants, optional in Titanium AT), EcoSport (all variants except Ambiante), All-New Endeavour (all variants).

[8] Traction Control with ESP – Available in Next-Gen Figo (Titanium AT), Aspire (Titanium AT), EcoSport (Titanium AT), All-New Endeavour (all variants).
