SBIPABC DA Rates For Pensioners

Rates of Dearness Relief Payable to Pensioners w.e.f. 1st February 2013 :
** Retired before 01-11-1993
** DA – SLAB = 1094

** Upto 1250 = 732.98
** 1251 to 2000 = 9162.25 + 601.70%
** 2001 to 2130 = 13675.00 + 361.02%
** Above 2130 = 14144.32 + 185.98%

Retired between 1-11-1993 & 31-10-2002 :
** DA – SLAB = 957
** Upto 2400 = 334.95
** 2401 to 3850 = 8038.80 + 277.53%
** 3851 to 4100 = 12062.98 + 162.69%
** Above 4100 = 12469.70 + 86.13%
** Retired between 1-11-2002 & 31-10-2007
** DA – SLAB = 672 = 120.96%
** Retired after 1-11-2007
** DA – SLAB = 535 = 80.25%

Family pensioners in respect of who retired/died between 1-4-1998 & 31-10-2002 :
** DA – SLAB = 823
** Upto 3550 = 197.52 (%)
** 3551 to 5650 = 7011.96 + 164.60%
** 5651 to 6010 = 10468.56 + 98.76%
** Above 6010 = 10824.09 + 49.38%

Dearness Relief payable to – FAMILY PENSIONERS :
** Dearness Relief for Family Pensioners in respect of Pensioners who died or retired (a) before 1-11-1993 (b) on or after 1-11-1993 but before 1-4-1998 and (c) on or after 1-11-2002 will be paid as per the tables given for the Pensioners as per Annexure-I (given above)

90% Ad-hoc Arrear Payment on account anomalies of 5th,6th & 7th Bipartite Retirees :
Further to our report on 8th August, 2017 we have since gathered that situation has improved appreciably. The estimated number for whom data have been sent to Belapur by CAO, Kolkata is around 31000.

The rest which could be another 3/4000 would go by 11th August. Thus payments ought to be completed by 15th August as notified by the Bank. CAO has dealt with only the 7th Bipartite retires.

6th Bipartite payment is yet to begin. 5th Bipartite payment has been tackled directly by Belapur and Corporate Centre. In both cases the numbers are not large at all.

Non-Payment Category

Our information on nonpayment category is as under :
a) No payment yet for the eligible deceased pensioners.
b) Pension A/Cs without PAN not credited.
c) Pension A/C without last life certificate not credited.

While we expect release of payments for 3500 more in 2/3 days. So far payments have been released for about 16000 pensioners. Around 6000 payments have not been made as the pensioners have expired.

Approximately 2250 payments have been held up for non-availability of PAN/Life Certificate. It would be necessary for the concerned members to check up whether PAN has been registered in pension account

About Us :
Our association is now almost 37 years young. In the last 11/12 years, it has considerably grown in all respect – activities , acceptance , accomplishment. Our unique character is we are classless that is by obliteration of the ranks, grades, awards, non-awards etc. in Association.

Even now unfortunately our surviving membership no is just around 50 % of the pensioners and the family pensioners. We appeal to all pensioners who are still not with us to join us. This might further enhance the momentum and the help to expedite movement to remove the pensioners’ woes. We await to welcome you to the Association.
