Return / Replacement Criteria:
Eligible:
** You received a faulty/defective item
** You received a physically damaged item
** You are unhappy with the item quality
** The item is different from description on the website
** There is Size/Fit issue

Not Eligible:
** Items that have been worn/washed/soiled
** Innerwear, lingerie cannot be returned on account of hygiene
** Items which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
** Seal open branded electronic items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the item as they can’t be resold
** In case of branded electronic items, brands’ return, repair and replacement policy will apply

Terms & Conditions:
** Items must be in their original condition
** Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled items with their original tags will be accepted
** Brand packaging should be intact
** If the item value is less than Rs. 1000, amount will be refunded in SD cash which can be used in parts or fully in the next 1 year
** Brand’s policy shall apply for specific branded item. We source branded items and these items are bound by brand policies of repair, exchange, refunds and cancellations thereby binding the customer with the same
** Replacements will be made basis availability of that item on the website

** Electronic items : Upon receipt of your return request, we will arrange for a quality check to examine the complaint of the product being faulty/defective. Upon successful validation of the complaint we will process your request for return/replacement with regard to the faulty/defective electronic item(s). The returns/replacements will be accepted for only those items which are found to be faulty/defective.

** For certain types of defects reported, we may require a document from the brand/OEM’s service centre confirming that the delivered item was defective.

** Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, accessories such as belts, locks, straps, etc. should be intact. The courier will not accept your item in absence of these. Items with locks/passwords should be returned unlocked/disabled.

** Some items are bound by the brand’s specific policies regarding repair, exchange and returns. These policies will be binding on the customer.

** Replacements will depend on the availability of the item.
** Refund or replacement will be initiated once we receive your item and pass it through the necessary quality checks.

** Automobile Products (two-wheelers, four-wheelers and Commercial Vehicles) cannot be cancelled or returned.
** Snapdeal Gift Vouchers are not returnable or refundable for cash.

    1. How can I return the item received from Snapdeal?
      If you want to return/replace a product on Snapdeal, please follow these steps :

      ** Create a return/replacement request online. You can replace the product bought on Snapdeal within 7-days of delivery.
      ** Login to your Snapdeal Account and go to MY ORDERS section.
      ** Select the item you wish to replace and click on the Return/Replace link against the order.
      ** Choose return/replacement option and fill in the required details.
      ** Once the return/replacement request is created, we will ensure that it is processed as soon as possible.

    2. IT IS VERY WORST QUALITY. I AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED.
