How To Get New Ration Card in Haryana?

A Ration Card is very useful document for Indian citizens. It has also become an important tool of identification when applying for other documents like Domicile Certificate, for inclusion of your name in the Electoral Rolls, etc..A.

You may obtain application form (form no.D)for making of new ration card from any circle office/E-Disha center.You may download (Clicking here for form no.D ) the same and present the duly filled in hard copy at your Circle office / E-Disha Centre located in district on any working day between 9:00 to 1:00 pm. Documents Required For Ration Card

** Two copies of group photographs of family.
** Form and photograph on the form duly attested.
** Form attested by the officer of the department if a person on Government employee.
** In case of non-government employee the Circle FSO conduct spot inquiries by recording statement of two independent witnesses in neighborhood.

The applicant should put up his/her application to circle FSO / e-Disha center where the applicant permanently resides, on any working day, and obtaining an Acknowledgement Receipt for the same. The applicant is also given expected delivery date for his/her certificate, which is printed on the Receipt. Applicant will receive the Ration Card from the Receipt Counter OR though Courier or Speed Post as per his/her requirement.

Fees

** Total Fee 10 /-
** If delivery through Courier or Speed Post then extra Fee 25/-
** Expected Delivery Period – 15 working days

Note:
The above fee will be collected by the Concerned Official / e-Disha center at the time of receiving application.

Process

** Applicant submits the application form containin all the necessary documents at block / Tehsil level e- Disha Centre
** Preliminary Scrutiny of Documents
** If File is OK A fixed Service Fee will be collected from Applicant at E-Disha’s Counter
** A computer generated receipt with a munique ID will be given to the applicant with a target date
** For Verification Purpose… Documents conveyed to AFSO / Inspector by DLEDC / TLEDC on the next day During Verification mif verified
** Ration card will be prepared by AFSO / Inspector and will be submitted at the Receipt Counter of Tehsil / Block Level
** Applicant will receive the Ration Card from the Receipt Counter OR though Courier or Speed Post
