Some Important Information From Comments
Comments:
1. I have built my house in ground floor and Ist floor. Recently I added a room by renovating the existing wall ( Adding wall to L shape building). BwSSB has made my borewell charges non-domestic for the past two months. Today when the Engineer from BWSSB came to my house for inspection, he told me to apply for one more Sanitary point which will cost Rs.6500 . I wonder, when I have already paid for Ground floor and I floor for Sanitary point why should I pay for internal tap connection within inside the building. BWSSB people are ruthless and harassing me. Can anybody guide me how to go about?
2. I have a water and sewage connection. Now, I reconstructed the house in the same premises. I have not surrendered the connection because when I approached the BWSSB Office, I was told that you need not surrender the connection and can use the same after completion of the construction. After I completed the reconstruction, I used to get a water bill as semi commercial. When I inquired about this I was told you have to apply for converting the existing connection. I was told by the contractors that around 1.5 lakh deposit is required to be paid for converting this connection. The reconstructed house has stilt floor parking area, 1st and 2nd floor self occupied and third floor given for tent. May I know what would be the deposit amount I have to pay to get this connection converted?

I am staying in Balaji Vajraa apartment situated in Brahmakumari road Gottigere Bangalore-560083. Our building developers have collected Rs 2 Lakhs for BWSSB . So far we have not got any connection. Moreover they have dug Borewell and say we do not know when the bwssb connection will come. When I asked them whether they have paid the prescribed fees they said that they have paid and not prepared to show the receipt. Even the Sewerage connection from BWSSB also is not there. They have provided STP and we do not know when can we get Govt. Connection.
Please tell me whether they have paid all the fees and if so why we are not getting the connection at the earliest.
