Cancel and refund your booking(s) :

Book Your Meal :
** Now select and book your meal online before you fly and savour your selection onboard.
** Simply choose your preferred meal while booking online on jetairways.com or alternately use our Manage Booking feature in case you have already booked your ticket.
** You may choose to amend or update your meal preference up to 48 hours prior to flight departure.

** Up to 1 hour prior to departure for flights within India
** Up to 3 hours prior to departure for international flights

** Jet Airways now introduces “Zero Penalty Fees” for changes or cancellations within 24 hours of booking on jetairways.com or Jet Airways mobile app.
** Now enjoy complete peace of mind with the freedom to change or cancel your travel itinerary within 24 hours of booking.
** To cancel or amend your booking, simply use the Manage Booking facility on jetairways.com

Terms and Conditions :
** This facility is applicable only for bookings made on jetairways.com or Jet Airways mobile app on or after January 12, 2015.
** Cancellation or Change can be availed within 24 hours from the booking creation and must be done using the Manage Booking Facility on jetairways.com.
** This benefit is not available for guests who have cancelled or changed their booking at our ticketing counters or the contact center (Offline).
