BillDesk a property of IndiaIdeas.com Ltd. was conceived in early 2000 to solve the frustrations of most of us when it comes to paying bills.

We have created BillDesk to help consumers like us leverage on the potential of electronic medium to better organise and manage our payments, while escaping some of the pitfalls of traditional bill payment services.

Biller :
refers to the person or entity with whom IndiaIdeas has an agreement for participation in the Service and who presents to the Member some or all the details of the bill through the Service and also accepts payments made by the Member through IndiaIdeas.

Payee :
refers to the person or entity with whom IndiaIdeas has an agreement for participation in the Service and to whom the Member wishes the payment to be made.

Eligible Customers :
In order to access and use the BillDesk Service you must be an individual of at least 18 years of age who can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law or a corporation, trust, association of persons or firm which can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. In case of a corporation, trust, association of persons or a firm, you must be authorised to agree to the TOS and to access, use and avail of the BillDesk Service. If you do not qualify, please do not access or use the BillDesk Service.

How to Apply :
You can start and use the BillDesk service in three simple steps, as described below. Keep your cheque book with you to complete the registration :

Step 1 :
you need to complete the Registration form by providing us with your personal profile and contact information, and selecting a unique user name and password.

Step 2 :
you need to complete the Payment authorisation form by furnishing details of your bank account – MICR code of the bank branch, your name as it appears in your bank account, and the type of account.

Step 3, you need to complete the following :
** Sign the Registration form sent to you.
** Sign the Payment authorisation form(s) sent to you.
** Please attach the photocopy of a cheque or a blank cancelled cheque issued by your bank for verifying the accuracy of the code number.

    1. 1. You register with BillDesk
      2. You select the billers/Payees whom you wish to pay
      3. We receive your bill and send you email notifications
      4. You review your bills and make payment
      5. We process and confirm when your payment is made
      6. You can maintain payment records and analyse records.
