Sutharyakeralam an interactive video conferencing programme, is intended for the speedy disposal of public grievances. Citizens can lodge their grievances/petitions related to any department in Government of Kerala through the Call Centre.

About CM :
Since childhood, Pinarayi Vijayan had to experience poverty and struggle. After completing school education, he joined the Government Brennen College at Thalassery for further studies.

Right from his college days, Pinarayi Vijayan became active in the students movement, being in the forefront of various student agitations. Subsequently he headed the state units of Kerala Students Federation and Youth Federation, before entering the parliamentary arena.

Pinarayi Vijayan became a member of the Kerala Legislative Assembly five times; in 1970, 1977, 1991 from Koothuparamba, in 1996 from Payyannur and in 2016 from Dharmadom. He was the Power and Co-operation Minister in the E K Nayanar Government which came to power in 1996.

Search Docket Number :
You can search the docket number by the following three methods,
1. Enter Docket Number or
2. Enter Election ID Card Number or
3. Enter Ration Card Number
4. Finally click on the “Search Details” button

The petitions would be forwarded to the concerned authorities for speedy action. After scrutiny, the Hon. Chief Minister will respond to the selected petitioners. The public can watch the programme in Doordarshan Keralam between 7:20 pm and 8 pm on all Sundays. The programme is recast between 9.20 pm and 10 pm on Mondays.

The Call Centre functions 24×7, as multiple terminals are operating simultaneously chance for a call being missed is minimised. The received calls are converted to electronic data and are sent to the Chief Minister’s Public Grievance Redressal Cell.

About Kerala :
As per Indian Constitution, Kerala Government has three estates namely the Legislature, the Executive and the Judiciary. Each estate has its own functions to perform. Legislature is the law-making body.

Kerala follows a unicameral legislative system, i.e. there is only one house for State legislature namely the Legislative Assembly. The total number of members in the Kerala legislative assembly is fixed as 141.

Of this, 140 are elected directly by the people on the basis of adult suffrage and one member is nominated from the Latin Community, which falls under the minority category.

    At Chengannor an illegal pig farm named good pig farm working without license since 2007. Number of close down orders against this farm . I was compliant ed number of times to Kerala Government Authority. No action. Still the farm working smoothly.
