Tolexo allows return of products for 3 days from delivery in all the following cases:
** Product is used/worn or altered
** Physical damage to the box or to the product
** If sealed package of branded products is open
** The packet was empty / some item or accessory was missing
** The product was defective,
** Significantly different from the description given by the merchant (wrong size, colour, quality or material related issues)
** You changed your mind due to any other reason

Apart from the initial period, Tolexo still allows returns for upto 15 days from delivery in the following cases:
** The product was defective,
** Significantly different from the description given by the merchant (wrong size, colour, quality or material related issues)
** You changed your mind due to any other reason

After the initial period though, the following conditions must be satisfied:
** Product must be in its original condition
** Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted
** Brand packaging should be intact
** Replacements will be made if product is available on website

To return a product, you can raise a return request at our helpline number or email at returns@tolexo.com by providing the following details:
** Order ID
** Images clearly demonstrating the damage / missing product in the packet

Post receiving your request Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

  3. I had booked one otoscope on 2nd June 2016 but till now it has not been delivered. May I know reasons for this delay?

  4. My order ref no is TOD103905560 dt 16.02.2016. I had been informed that consignment was delivered through Gati on 25.02.2016 but tracking number given is not clear. Gati is unable to help without proper tracking number. Ordered item Luminous Ceiling fan Pulse 50 has not yet been delivered to me. This is first time I am facing such inordinate delay and lack of your proper action. I’m totally fed up with your some silly excuses by your executives. You are advising me to keep ready with the cash but no responses either from you or Gati. If you can’t deliver then spell out clearly.
