What if the item is damaged in transit?:
For any damages which are claimed within 7 days of delivery, we would refund upto Rs.5,000 or the shipment value whichever is lower.

Can I get parcels delivered to Post Office boxes?:
You may deliver courier to Post Office Boxes but we would not be able to provide any Proof of Delivery due to functional limitations.

Under what circumstances is the courier not delivered? :
The courier is not delivered in case :
** there is an issue in the address
** there is a mismatch in the address and the pin code
** the customer is not reachable
** the person has refused to accept the courier.

In such cases we will inform you of the non-delivery and information can be updated within 24 hours of informing you the same else it will be returned back to you.

Will I be informed about the delivery?:
Once the item is delivered, it will be communicated with you on your registered email and phone-number.

Why is my tracking information not updating? :
Tracking details are updated whenever our shipments pass through a hub in the process of delivery. You can start tracking your items right from the time of pick-up. Sometimes the information may take more than expected to be updated because the item may still be stuck in transit. However if you wish to know more about the status, you can mail us at help@parcelled.in

Pricing & Payments
How much will I be charged? :
The shipment price is calculated on the basis of exact weight or volumetric weight (whichever is higher) and the destination of the item. These are calculated by our Pick-up agent at the time of pick-up and the exact price is given to you accordingly. What is the price estimate shown on the website?:
The price estimate shown on the website is calculated based on the shipments of similar nature which have been shipped through Parcelled. It is inclusive of all charges, fees and taxes. This estimate is highly accurate, but the final price charged to you may vary based on the actual dimension and weight of your item.

How to calculate the volumetric weight for my item? :
The volumetric weight (in kgs) maybe calculated by the following formula: length (cm) X breadth (cm) X height (cm) / 5000

Are there any extra charges for pick-up and packaging? :
No. The pick-up & packaging are on us

How can I make the payment? ;
Our pick-up agent will collect cash payment from you only after he packs and weighs your shipment in front of you. You can pay him after you are fully convinced with the quality of service.

Will I get any invoice/bill? ;
The invoice would be sent to you over e-mail within 24 hours of the pick-up.

Are there any cancellation charges? :
There are no charges to cancel a pick-up. If you wish to cancel a shipment after it has been picked-up, appropriate local/national/zonal shipment charges will apply depending on the current location of the courier. The remaining amount will be reimbursed to you.
