We offer FREE shipping on every order only within India. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

For our Indian customers, after your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered free via one of the following carriers:

For our International customers, after your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered via the following carrier:

The shipping charges for our international customers are charged at the time of order booking.

Every jewellery package from us arrives at your doorstep in a durable, tamper-proof packing. Whether it is a jewellery, gold coin or solitaire, your item is delivered to you in an exclusive CaratLane box along with the relevant certificates.

Free Gift Packaging:
** In case your purchase is intended as a gift, we offer free gift packing, along with a gift message of your choice. Your gift will be delivered in distinctive CaratLane gift packing. So whether you order a gift to give to your loved ones personally, or want us to deliver it, the recipient is sure to be impressed.
** To send a free gift message with your gift, look for the Gift message text box in the shopping bag/cart page. Your personal message will be printed on a distinctive card and delivered along with the gift.

1. What is Cash on Delivery (CoD)?
Cash on Delivery (CoD) is a payment method where you pay for an item in cash, when the courier company delivers the item to you.
2. Is Cash on Delivery (CoD) available for customers outside India?
No, currently CoD is available only for customers residing in India.

3. How does CoD work?
You place an order for your favourite jewellery on CaratLane.com. Check for CoD facility by entering your area pin code in the text box. Choose CoD option if available and complete the order placement.

You pay the complete amount in cash to the courier once the product is delivered to you. Please remember payment through cheque, draft or any other means will not be accepted by the courier.

4. Is CoD option available for all jewellery?
The CoD option is only available for Solitaires, Jewellery and Gold coins up to Rs.49,000.

5. Same Day Shipping
Products that feature under ‘same day shipping’ will be shipped the same day only if orders are placed before 1:00 pm. For orders placed after 1:00 pm, shipping will happen the next day

6. What is Try @ Home?
Try @ Home allows you to “touch” and “feel” your favourite jewellery at a time and place of your choice. It’s 100% free and there is no obligation to buy if you don’t like what you’ve tried. All you have to do is pick the pieces that you’d like to try and schedule your trial session.
