Track Order Status :

You can track your order status in the “My Account” section. Once it is dispatched, the shipment details are updated in your account, which you can track on the respective courier’s website.

Cancellation Policy:
Koovs.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Cash On Delivery Policy:
As per the Cash on Delivery policy:
** To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.
** C-O-D is applicable on a minimum sale value of Rs. 500 and maximum of Rs. 50,000 only.
** Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
** You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
** If the product is open, do not accept the order.
** No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.

Using Cash Back & Promo Codes/Coupons:
** Cash back Promo Code may not be applicable for all the products on the website.
** Special coupons should be redeemed within the limited period, and validity once expired, cannot be extended later.
** Two offers cannot be clubbed together using the Promo Code.
** Koovs.com reserves the right to cancel any promotional ‘Promo Code’ and the transactions in which they are used. (This is not applicable on Cash back Promo Codes)
** Cash back and Promo Code Coupon cannot be clubbed together to avail an offer at Koovs.com. This means, if Promo Code is used in an offer, Cash back cannot be generated.
** Cash back amount is subject to change at the sole discretion Koovs.com.

FAQs :
I am based out of India and I want to place an order with a delivery address in India. Is it possible?
We will be happy to ship you the product/s if the pin code you have selected is serviceable by our courier partners.

Which category products do you sell online?
KOOVS.COM is online fashion store catering to men and women fashion categories like apparels, shoes, accessories, watches and fragrances from brands and our own brand KOOVS.

How do I know my size?
We have provided size chart for each and every category which can be used for making a purchase. The size chart has US, UK and European sizes with conversions for easy references.

Can I change the shipping address of the order?
Login in to KOOVS.COM, click on “My Account” and select the order where you wish to update the shipping address. Update address by clicking on “change address” button.

Do you provide warranty/guarantee for merchandise?
All products are authentic and sourced directly from vendors/brands. If manufacture provides warranty/guarantee for product then it is mentioned specifically.

I have placed an order but it’s not appearing in the ‘My Account’ section. Why is that so?
Do not worry! You might be experiencing some slight delay in the updating of your order details to the ‘My Account’ section, for sometimes our systems are flooded with new orders. So please be patient—Your order details will be automatically updated soon.

How do I add more products to my order?
Unfortunately you can’t do that but you can always place a new order and we will be happy to deliver the same to you.

How can I make changes to my existing order?
We are happy to help you in case you want to change the size or colour. Contact our customer care team and they will do the needful.
