Why do I need to pay shipping fee?:
** Due to increase in logistics costs, the Seller is levying a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 49 for products under Rs. 1499 & Rs. 99 for Products above Rs. 1500 on certain categories of products. The display/descriptions of all such products where shipping fees is applicable would clearly mention the same.
** However, in all such cases, we will be giving a Gift Voucher of Rs. 100 which you can use and redeem against your future purchases. This way, effectively, you end up paying nothing additional for delivery of your orders.
Why is there a difference in shipping fee?:
Based on the product category and value, you may see a difference in the shipping fee applied. However, rest assured, you still get the product on Shop CJ at a very good deal.
Will I get my product faster or within the same day if I pay the shipping fees?:
No, the Turn Around Time (TAT) for the product delivery stays the same. However, the Seller will try to ensure that the product is delivered within the mentioned TAT.
What is the maximum shipping fee I may have to pay?:
The shipping fee varies between 49 and 99 depending on the product price and category.
Do I have to pay the shipping fee again if I need to exchange the product?:
No. In case if there is any issue with the product and the customer wants to exchange the product, there is no shipping fee applicable on the exchange transaction.
Incase my product is returned, will I get the shipping fee refunded as well?:
Yes. Entire amount including the shipping fee will be refunded at the time of settlement.
I’m not able to view 24×7 SHOP CJ Channel on my TV having the DTH service (with set top box), what should I do?:
Please follow the below steps in case you are facing problems tuning into the 24×7 SHOP CJ Channel on your television having DTH services (with set top box):
** Switch off your television and the set top box completely from the main power supply.
** Switch on the television and the set top box.
** Tune-in your set top box with the refresh button or the scan button on your remote control.
** Remove the Viewing Card (VC card) from Set top box and insert it again after 1 minute.
** Check the channels one after the other and you will find SHOP CJ.
** Still you are unable to find the channel on your television, please contact your DTH service provider.
** SHOP CJ is free to air channel and hence you need not to pay anything to view it.
** If you are still not able to view our channel, please do email us at response [AT] shopcj.com with your complete postal address.
