Ensure Perfect Booking For A Perfect Delivery:
** Use Correct Air Way Bill (AWB).
** Book Documents only for Serviceable Locations and Pincode.
** Do not book Banned and Prohibited Articles.
** Do not book Loose / Weak or not fit to travel shipments.
** Capture Complete Details on AWB.
** Mention AWB number and No. of Pcs on the Document.
** Affix / Staple the POD copy on the Document.

Parcel Booking Guidelines:
Ensure Perfect Booking For Perfect Delivery:
** Use Correct Air Way Bill (AWB).
** Air AWB for All Air Parcel Shipments.
** Surface AWB for all Surface Parcel Shipments.
** Capture Complete Details on AWB.
** Book Parcels only for Serviceable Locations/Pincode.
** Do not Book Banned and Prohibited Articles.
** Do not Book Loose / Weak and not fit to travel shipments.
** Mention AWB Number, Number of Pieces, Origin, Destination, To-Pay & DOD amount on the Parcel.
** Do not Accept Odd Size / shape Shipments (1 Piece should not be more than 35 Kgs).
** Collect all the Required Paper Works like Invoice, Declaration, Modvat, Permits etc., at the time of booking and attach to the AWB.
** Collect Indemnity letter in case of Fragile Shipment.
** Affix Parcel security seals on the parcels.
** Charge Actual or Volumetric weight whichever is higher.
** Attach AWB & Paper works with the Parcel in the Specific Pouch.

For Multiple shipments under one AWB :
** Mention total number of pieces on AWB and Packages without fail.
** Mention the total number of packets on each carton (E.g. 1/5, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5, 5/5).
** Clearly mark the Airway bill number on each box / pcs using the sticker.
