Return and Refund is an easy process at baskena. Just follow the below simple steps:-

2) Fill out the form
3) Submit the form

You have two options to return an item:
Arrange a pick up -The return pick up can be arranged by informing us or you have an option to fill a return form in your account.
Self return – If you wish to return the product by own or here is no pick up service available in a particular area, then you may have to intimate baskena by contacting us via call, chat or e mail.
Note: In case the product was received damaged or defective by the customer , the return shipping charges paid by customer will be reimbursed.
Steps to return an item
Follow few easy steps to return an item:
You need to log in to your account
Click on Returns form
Enter your order number and reason for returning the product
Refund will be initiated, once the product has been received by the delivery associate. The delivery associate sends an acknowledgement to courier facility. As the information is updated at Baskena Portal, refund is initiated.

Refunds are issued to the customer for returning their products at Baskena. The refund is issued via same mode of payment used to make a purchase of the order.
In case of Cash on Delivery the refund is issued either by a Paper Cheque or NEFT transfer, or can be transferred to Baskena Wallet.
Refund will be initiated, once the product has been received by the delivery associate. The delivery associate sends an acknowledgement to courier facility. As the information is updated at Baskena Portal, refund is initiated.
Refund Time Frame :
It takes 3-5 business days to transfer the refund in case of
– Debit Card/Credit Card ,
– Netbanking,
– NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer)
In case of Paper Cheque it takes 7-9 business days to provide a refund.
Refund will be transferred to the Baskena Credit within 2-4 business days once issued.
NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer)
For getting a refund in bank account via NEFT you will need to update the bank account number and IFSC code in Your Account to enable us to process a refund to your account. Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts, i.e. the name on your Baskena account should match with the name of the bank account holder.
