At Silpaa, we aim to deliver our products in a quick, secure and efficient manner. To do this efficiently, we have tied up with reputed courier agencies and transport services. We also rely on the speed post services of the Indian postal services for delivery in selected areas.

1) Shipping charges will be mentioned at the time of checkout.

SHIPMENT DURATION :
Once the order is placed, you will get an email confirmation from us. After the above process has been completed, the product will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from our warehouse. You should receive the package within 5-6 business days (domestic) and 11-14 days (international) after you have confirmed the order

Returns & Cancellations :
RETURN EXCHANGE POLICIES :
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

Once received, the customer care team at Silpaa.com would study the need for return or exchange and based on their jurisdiction the exchange will be made possible.

EASY DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES :
It’s easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail
1. On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
2. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.

3. Courier the parcel back to us :

4. No returns on discounted merchandise

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS :
We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. If you need to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order for your desired product.
