Return policy :
** Defective items will be replaced. Khelmart.com will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind.

1. You must notify us within a reasonable time (generally within 48 hours after you have received the product) after you become aware that you got a defective product. Please contact us through email or via the help centre. Once contacted we will indicate to you what the best way to return any products. We may not accept products returned without a Return Authorisation Number.

2. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
3. Replacement of good/product or refund costs will not be made until the original good/product is received by us and your claim verified.
4. We aim to process refunds and replacements within 14 days of receipt by us of the original product/good.

5. We do not refund, repair or replace where in our reasonable opinion the product/good becomes unmerchandisable due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.

** Products/Goods damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt so that we may make a claim under transit insurance.

Refunds :
** Khelmart.com will process the refunds by direct deposit, cheque or PayPal at its sole discretion.

Shipping Policy :
1. We only ship within India.
2. Delivery is via third party courier.
3. All deliveries are sent with registered couriers or Indian post and must be signed at time of delivery.
4. Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
5. As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
6. If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
7. If you are not home at the time of delivery and courier company have to wait for some days for delivery of product you understand that additional delivery charges may apply.
8. Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
9. Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Cancellations by the Customer :
** In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
** We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. khelmart.com has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.
** The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by khelmart.com and accept decision of khelmart.com regarding the cancellation.
