Does my parcel need to be boxed?
** We recommend that all parcels are safe, secure and robust with a label that is clearly visible. Please read packaging advice for more information.

How do I track my parcel?
** You can track the parcel from the homepage. As long as you have the Air Way Bill number or the Order reference number you can find the status of your parcel on dotzot.in

Do you supply packaging materials?
** No, however we hope to offer this facility in the future.

What is the maximum size and/or weight of each individual parcel?
** The maximum weight of and size differs and depends on the service you use. Please refer to our services features for more information.

How long will delivery take?
** Delivery should take from 3-7 days from the date of collection, however outlying areas such as parts of North East & Jammu & Kashmir etc, may take slightly longer. Please allow 7 working days from the date of collection before querying a delivery.

Can I specify a delivery day?
** Not at this time, though we have plans to make this service available in the future.

Do you deliver on Sundays?
** We deliver on all days except Sundays and National/ Local Holidays. Sunday Delivery can be arranged on request with an additional charge.

Does the recipient need to be available in person to receive the parcel?
** We will deliver only to the address specified on the parcel. If the recipient is not available we will deliver the parcel to anybody responsible in the house after verifying the relationship.

Should the recipient sign for a parcel if it appears to be damaged?
** No. The recipient should refuse delivery and inform the sender in the event of the parcel being damaged.

What time will my delivery be made?
** Unless your parcel is coming by any of our Time Defined services, we will deliver anytime between 9 am to 6 pm

Can I collect my parcel from your service centre?
** Yes you can, as long as you inform our representative through the number given on the “Missed You” card

1. Stupid service. No one bothered to give a call back. Its a wrong product delivered and the worst shirts I have ever seen. I need to return the product. No one answers the number which is written on the parcel to return the product.

2. I revived my order 30007426815 on 12/08/2016. I am not satisfied with your item, as it is not fitted in shirt and it is not comfortable in hands and long length and it is very tight. I like to return this item to you and get back my amount which I paid the refund amount to be desisted to my bank state bank of Hyderabad, I received order number OID314349.
