** Simply copy into the track tool below your unique AWB number that we have shared with you in your shipping confirmation email to see where your order has reached!

** Our logistic partners take up to 24 hrs to update the shipment status
** So if you’ve just received your tracking details and are unable to track your shipment, we’d request you to try again in sometime
Steps :
** Enter AWB Number
** Click where are my headphones button to gey your status

Order Cancellation Request :
** Headphone Zone.in believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
** If you wish to cancel the order you’ve placed for whatever reason, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is dispatched, whichever comes earlier.
** In such a case you will be refunded the entire amount.
** If unfortunately you fail to do so within 24 hours and the product has already been dispatched, then we accept cancellations only in case of defectives.
** If you haven’t received any email stating that your order has been fulfilled with your tracking details, you can cancel your order.
** Just fill the form below and we will cancel your order immediately.

Refund Policy :
** Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order or from the date of reception of your returned product.

Return Policy :
** If in any case you receive a package which is damaged during transit then please do not accept it.
** You can return the same and contact us asking for another piece.
** Please follow the same in case you’ve received an incorrect product and we would appreciate it if you wouldn’t open the packaging.
** We will try our level best to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
** In case the product is received dead on arrival, (ie. If you’ve received a sealed package that contains a headphone which isn’t in proper working condition,
** For eg- either one or both sides of the headphone/earphone aren’t working or the wire is torn.) we will provide a replacement/refund, no questions asked.

** In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer to the Warranty page for its respective Warranty terms & conditions. Usually the manufacturer will have to be contacted or you can also get in touch with us directly through our e-mail.

However, returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
** Since satisfaction with the inherent sound quality of a headphone/earphone/amplifier/audio player is subjective, and all our products come in sealed, new & packaged condition; we will be unable to accept returns if the product is not as per your liking or satisfaction or expectation or personal taste.

** Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
** Any product that is returned without all the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
** Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
** Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
** So we suggest that you please maintain your bill & warranty (for date validity), and packaging too to fulfill criterias for a hassle free return.
