Shipping Policy :
** We Offer Free Shipping Anywhere In India

** Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched and it will take about 3-4 additional days for it to reach you depending on your proximity to our dispatch location.
** Normally for orders placed before 1 PM on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, provided that the card security checks are complete, payment is received and the stock availability is confirmed.
** Orders placed after 1 PM will be shipped the next business day.
** Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day.
** During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
** The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, and rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
** Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days.
** If in any case you receive a package which is damaged during transit then please do not accept it.
** You can return the same and contact us asking for another piece.
** Please follow the same in case you’ve received an incorrect product and we would appreciate it if you wouldn’t open the packaging.

Cancellation Policy :
** Headphone Zone.in believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
** If you wish to cancel the order you’ve placed for whatever reason, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is dispatched, whichever comes earlier. In such a case you will be refunded the entire amount.
** If unfortunately you fail to do so within 24 hours and the product has already been dispatched, then we accept cancellations only in case of defectives.
