Return Policy for Products Sold on TogoFogo:
** We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us.

If you are not satisfied with any product, we will accept returns within 3 days as follows :
Warranty :
** All Products carries warranty as provided by the Seller. Products sold by Hyson Systems Ltd will carry 10 months of OEM Warranty.

Damaged / Defective :
** In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, for a refund or an exchange, within 3 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

** Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
** In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount.

Returns through Courier Collection :
** You may contact our Customer Care within 3 days of having received the product and request a return/exchange.
** All shipping and logistics charges of returning the product will be borne by the customer and a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
** The refund will be processed after QuTrust inspect the returned product and certify that the product is in the condition as it is shipped, unused, and with original invoice.
** If you request a return through courier collection, at the time of collecting the products, you will be given a courier Airway Bill, which is to be retained for future reference.

TogoFogo Refunds

** We will refund the money only through Cheque / DD. Cheque/DD will be sent only to the billing address of the customer and only in the name of the customer the invoice was made for.
** The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s).

** Typically refunds are processed in less than 30 working days after product is received but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address and for the funds to be credited to your account-after you deposit the cheque.

** Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank. Issues with the product(s) received?
** If you have any issues with the product(s) received, please call us at +91-9643104101 the very same day of receiving the packet to get it replaced.
** Any complaints coming after that will not be entertained.
