Returns:
Our exchange policy is applicable only for clothing. We Do not Exchange bags, accessories. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds:
We Do not provide any refunds unless the product received by you is damaged. However, we provide exchange on clothing within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Sale Items:
Only regular priced items(Clothing) may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. If you have doubts regarding the size, feel free to mail your queries to zahanachennai@yahoo.com We will be happy to help you.
Exchanges:
We only replace clothing items if they are defective, damaged or just not the right size for you. Cancellation Policy :
Once Your Order is placed, it can only be cancelled within 3 hours from the time it was placed. You can Email us on info [AT] zahana.in with your order number to cancel, or contact us on +91 9940122418.

1. When will my order be delivered?
We usually deliver within 3-15 Business days of placement of the order.
2. Are there any additional shipping charges?
Shipping charges are applicable and would vary from INR 50-80 Depending on the order amount and region. The same will be added during checkout.
In case of any additional services (Gift wrapping Etc) please feel free to contact us on +91 99401-22418 mentioning your order number and the service you require.
3. Do we provide CASH ON DELIVERY service?
We Do not Provide COD service. However, we provide COD only for chennai on special request and orders can be placed via whatsapp +91 99401-22418. COD charges are applicable as per area. For all other cities, payment has to be made by card/ net banking. For other payment options (cash deposit etc) you can contact us on the number mentioned above.
4. What can I return?
We Do not have an Exchange/ Return policy unless the products received by you are in damaged condition. If you receive a defective product it can be returned within 7 working days from order delivery.
