CREDAI-Vizag:
The Confederation of Real Estate Developer’s Associations of India(CREDAI), Visakhapatnam Chapter, is the apex body for private Real Estate developers in Visakhapatnam.

Objects of the Association :
** The Association shall endeavour to guide the Members of the Association regarding the Rules, Regulations and Laws related to building activity.
** To have a common forum to discuss and solve any legitimate problems that might crop up for the builders in the process of their construction activities.
** To deal collectively with all concerned authorities/departments and other aspects pertaining to the Apartment construction business.
** To pool and share the experiences of all the Members of the Association for the common benefit and to avail of proper council, advice and assistance from fellow builder members.
** To do community service activity for the benefit of community at large.

Eligibility :
Any individual or Firm or Company engaged in the Business of Construction of Apartments/ Commercial Complexes/ Any Housing Activities related to Real Estate shall be eligible for admission/enrollment as member of CREDAI Visakhapatnam Chapter.

Re-Admission :
If any Ex-Member of CREDAI Visakhapatnam Chapter wishes to rejoin, he shall make an application to CREDAI, Visakhapatnam Chapter and on the clearance of its Executive Committee, he shall be re-admitted ONLY as New Member on payment of re-admission fee as may be fixed by the Executive Committee, time to time along with pending arrears of the Annual Subscription, if any.

Procedure For Applying For Membership :
You will need to verify your e-mail address and mobile number to access the application form. You will receive a SMS message sent to the given mobile phone number (from CREDAI) and an e-mail to the given e-mail address containing a form. Type the contents of the SMS into the email form and submit.

Membership Form :
Once you have verified your e-mail address and mobile number by entering the code received by SMS into the form received by e-mail, you may access the Membership Application Form. You can save changes to and return to the form any number of times but may print it in PDF form only after all the mandatory fields have been filled.
