TSMDC SSMMS Online Sand Booking
To book sand Online, Customer has to visit, tsmdc.telangana.gov.in and should click on Online Sand Booking button on the screen and that will take through registration and net banking payment gate way process.

General Instructions:
1. Select the District Name from the list
2. Details like Stockyard Name, Available Quantity and Sand Unit Price will be displayed
3. Select the Stockyard
4. Provide Information of the Consumer, Order details and Construction Site/Delivery Address
5. Select the “REGISTER” button
6. Choose your bank from the list of banks
7. For making payment, provide your netbanking credentials in the bank login.
8. Sand Receipt can be obtained by selecting “GET RECEIPT”

1) Where can we get sand?:
TSMDC has established Stockyards in various locations in Telangana State. From these locations customer can get sand.
2) Where to book sand?:
Sand can booked Online and through Citizen Assisted Service centers like Mee-Seva.
3) How to book sand through Mee-Seva Centers?:
Across Telangana State, in every place Mee-Seva centers are functioning, customers can go to center with all the details and service provider will assist the customer in placing order and provide receipt on payment of nominal transaction fee.
4) Can I make cash payment at Stockyard point?:
No. cash payment at stockyard point is not accepted. You can make payment in Mee-Seva centers and receipt can be given at stockyard.
5) Can I cancel the order after booking the sand?:
No. You cannot cancel the sand order once it is booked and receipt is generated.
6) Can I make any alteration/ modification to the sand already booked?:
No. You cannot make any alteration/ modification to the sand already booked.
7) Do TSMDC provide transportation of sand to customer address?:
At present TSMDC is not providing any transportation assistance. Customer has to arrange their own transportation.
8) Then how to approach Stockyard or how do we get sand against our booking?:
As of now, customer can send receipt, which is generated after booking sand, along with the lorry/truck driver and based on the receipt we will verify the TSMDC portal and sand will be dispatched along with transit pass.
9) What all are the information required for booking sand?:
Name, address, Id proof (Voter ID, PAN Card, Ration Card and Aadhaar Card), Mobile No. and others are required to book sand.
10) Is there any limit on quantity for booking sand?:
No limit is there to book sand. But minimum of truck load you choose should be booked.
11) Can I make bulk sand booking?:
Yes you can make bulk booking but preferably truck wise or one truck or lorry at a time.
12) Is the price of sand uniform across state?:
No, Sand price varies from Stockyard to Stockyard. The details are mentioned in TSMDC website.

1. This is for phone registration. When can be done and how to do and where to do the mobile registration for booking sand and in net it is showing services is temporarily not available. So when will it be active and can we come and register in main office by going there?
2. I am a lorry owner from Secunderabad. In this area, online booking is not working properly when compare to LB Nagar side areas. So, I request TSMDC to give two days gap for each lorry booking.
I AM A LORRY OWNER FROM SEC. IN THIS AREA ONLINE BOOKING IS NOT GETTING PROPERLY WHEN COMPARING TO LB NAGAR SIDE AREAS. SO I REQUEST TO TSMDC TO GIVE TWO DAYS GAP FOR EACH LORRY FOR BOOKING.
