** For the purpose of availing Internet Banking, the user would need to have legal and valid access to the Internet.

** The information provided to the user through the Internet Banking is not updated continuously but at regular intervals. Consequently, any information supplied to the user through Internet Banking will pertain to the date and time when it was last updated and not as the date and time when it is supplied to the user.

UCO Bank shall not be liable for any loss that the user may suffer by relying on or acting on such information.

** UCO Bank may keep its records of the transactions in any form it wishes. In the event of any dispute, UCO Bank’s records shall be binding as the conclusive evidence of the transactions carried out through Internet Banking in the absence of clear proof that UCO Bank’s records are erroneous or incomplete.

** Any request for any service, which is offered as a part of Internet Banking, shall be binding on the user as and when UCO Bank receives such a request. If any request for a service is such that it cannot be given effect to unless it is followed up by requisite documentation on part of the user, UCO Bank shall not be required to act on the request until it receives such documentation from the user.

** In case of any request for a service relating to any foreign currency transaction made by the user, the exchange rates quoted by UCO Bank shall only be provisional and shall be subject to future variations in the exchange rate.

The rate at which the transaction is given effect to would be the effective rate for all intents and purposes.

** The user shall ensure that Internet Banking or any related service is not used for any purpose which is illegal, improper or which is not authorised under these terms.

Compulsory requirements for Internet Banking Online Registration
1. Account should be in Active Status.
2. Valid Debit Card should be linked to Account.
3. Debit Card should have made at least One Transaction since activation.
4. Mobile Number should be registered with the Bank.
5. If you do not remember your last transactions, please give a missed call on 09213125125 from your registered mobile number.

Note :
1. Online Internet Banking Registration facility is available only for Retail/Personal Banking customers.
2. All accounts linked with customer id of given account will be linked with the new User Id.
3. Customer will be provided with Login as well as Transaction Password.
4. After online registration, User ID will be activated within next 2 working days.
5. Only primary account holder can register online.
6. In case of Joint Account, Mode of Operation should be Either or Survivor/Former or Survivor/Anyone or Survivor.

Security Note :
1. Bank will never ask user id/password/personal details by email/SMS/Phone.
2. Do not respond to such fraudulent emails/SMS/phones.
3. Always access this page from UCO Bank’s website.
4. After pressing submit, One Time Password (OTP) will be sent on mobile number registered with Bank.
