WJHS Health Card Download:

Working Journalists Health Scheme is formulated to provide cashless treatment to the journalists of the State Government and their dependent family members.

Procedure For Downloading Health Card:
1. Login as journalist with username and password
2. On clicking ‘submit’, a page will be displayed where the user has a provision to click on Registration -> Download Health Card
3. On clicking ‘download health card’, a page will be displayed where the user(journalist) will have a provision to download the health card

Login Instructions :
** Journalist should Sign-in (Top right side of the screen) to the portal to download the ‘Health Card’.
** Username and Password is available with the I & PR department or with DPRO(or) can be obtained from 104 SevaKendram by dialing ‘104’.
** User ID is: Your Journalist ID (available with your I & PR dept.). Password is : Shared by I & PR dept.
** After first login, Journalist has a provision to change the password. (The new password should contain minimum “3” characters and maximum “8” characters, out of which one should be an alphabet, one numerical number and one special character such as “@,#,$”etc).
** Enter your ‘mobile number’.
** Enter your ‘E-mail ID’.
** New password will be sent to your mobile through “SMS” / “E-mail”.
** After Journalist sign-in: Click on ‘Registration’ on the left side of the screen.
** Then click on: ‘Download Health Card’.
** After click on download health card: Journalist will have a provision to download the health card along with print option.

Add Beneficiary Process :
1. Journalist should login into the portal wjhs.ap.gov.in with login credentials
2. Click on Registration → Add Beneficiary (incase the Beneficiary is not yet enrolled into Working Journalist Health Scheme)
3. Once click on Add Beneficiary tab, Journalist has provision to click on ‘Add New Beneficiary’ to add the beneficiary details
4. On clicking ‘Submit’, a message ‘family member details added successfully and pending with DPRo for Approval’ will pop up
5. Once Journalist Added beneficiary successfully it will goes to DPRO login to get Approval. DPRO (District Public Relations Officer) should login into the portal wjhs.ap.gov.in with login credentials

Scheme Beneficiaries :
** NTR Vaidya Seva will implement the scheme under the supervision of Government of Andhra Pradesh.
** Repudiation: The Trust may repudiate a claim for reason of not being covered by the policy under intimation to Scheme Technical Committee.

** An appeal lies to the Appellate Committee either against repudiation (rejection) as defined in Term 12.4 (ii) or reduction of claim as defined in Term 12.4 (i) under Term 12.5 within 3 months from date of repudiation advice or settlement of claim.
