How To Get New School Permission In Karnataka?
Instructions to be followed before filling the Karnataka New School Permission Application Form :
1. Please use Google/chrome /Internet Explorer 9.0/Mozilla FireFox Browser.
2.This software is applicable only for opening of new school viz. Class 1 to 5, Class 6 to 8 and Class 9 to 10.

3.Information should be correct and true.Your application will be rejected,if any information found not correct in future.
4.Please go through detailed instructions before filling up the application form.
5. Please ensure data is properly filled, Wherever you specify ‘Enclosed’, necessary documents should be attached along with the BEO copy- Form 1 printed from the system and submit to the concerned BEO office.
6.Required amount of DD should be purchased in the name of Concerned Authority.
7. All rooms viz – Class rooms, HM room, Staff room, Lab room, Library Room, Sports room, Scout & Guides room, Student rest room should be of minimum dimension 18*20 sq feet.
8. For BBMP area the land should be minimum 0.5 acre or 30 years lease, for Non BBMP area the land should be minimum 1 acre or 30 years lease.

Required Documents For New School Permission
Following documents are required for New School Permission in Karnataka
Documents Slno 1,3,4,5 are mandatory and should be uploaded only in pdf format and size should be less than 220 KB. If the management registered under society then Sl.No 2 is mandatory to upload
Furnish the following along with the application Form 1 printed from the system-
a. Estimate of financial implications to provide infrastructure, teaching facilities, equipment, etc., at current market prices as per the standards prescribed in the Act and rules.(In Rupees)
b. Audited and certified latest balance sheet, income and expenditure statement ( Certified by a Chartered Accountant or such other authority which under law is competent to certify the accounts of the Local Authority/Governing Council) (See Section 2(17).
c. Certificates from the Bank to show cash balance
d. Photo copy of Title Deeds to evidence possession of the extent of land required for building, playground, etc., of the prescribed standards
e. Blue print to evidence that buildings to the required extent and of the required specifications are available
f. Statement of latest audited and certified accounts and annual report of the other educational institutions being run by the local authority or Governing Council
g. Name, address, qualifications and experience of teaching staff, furnish in position. The qualification prescribed by the Government of competent authority, concerned professional body, University or the affiliating authority and the number of the staff to be employed in each cadre
h. Copy of the resolution of the Governing Council authorising the Secretary to file this application
i. Name, full address correspondent/Sectreatry-cum-correspondent authorised to carry out the correspondence with the Government Department
j. Present term renewal copy of the society
