Online Certification Verification System:

The OnLine Certificate Verification System (OLCV), a 24×7 web based certificate verification service allows you to verify certification status of the ICFAI University graduates. It also allows you to verify complete student particulars and certification status.

The service is available for:
** Employers
** Placement Consultancies
** Institutions (Colleges, Universities) and
** Other similar organizations

Note:
** The details will be useful to verify with the applications made by the students for employment purpose or admissions into the higher studies.
** The data presented here is based on the official records of the University and the details submitted by the students from time to time while pursuing the Program(s) of the University.
** It is quite likely that, the student’s current address, telephone number and other details may not be the same as those indicated here.

How to use the System?:
** First Register with the University online to access OLCV System.
** Enter the 12 digit Global Identification Number (GIN) and the Name of the Student as indicated on the Certificate issued by the University.
** The Student’s name will appear along with links to his/her personal details (as per the University records) and certification details.
** The personal details link will take you to the personal details page, which has details like Name, Date of Birth, Parent/Spouse’s Name, Address, Email, Phone, Fax, Program Name and Photograph of the student as per the particulars available with the University based on the latest updation.
** The certificate details link will take you to the page where the student’s name, enrollment number, global identification number, program name, date of joining the Program, date of completion and the particulars of the certificate conferred are displayed. An image of the certificate is also available which can be viewed in full-size.

Note:
The University updates the data regularly and provides the latest information in terms of certification status. However it may be possible that a student’s details may not appear here due to certain special reasons. You are welcome to contact the Registrar of the University at registrar [AT] iudehradun.edu.in.
