Degree & Certificate Verification
1. Has Indira Gandhi Technological And Medical Sciences University Ziro Arunachal issued any degree/diploma certificates or consolidated Marksheet to any person?:
Indira Gandhi Technological And Medical Sciences University ,which was established in 2012, has not issued any degree or consolidated mark sheet to any person till academic session 2015-16.

The University’s first degree/diploma programme batch will be passing out in August 2016, therefore the University will be issuing for first time degrees/diploma and consolidated mark sheets in academic session 2016-17.
2. Has Indira Gandhi Technological And Medical Sciences University Ziro Arunachal issued any Ph.D. or M.Phil degree certificate to any person?:
Indira Gandhi Technological And Medical Sciences University has not started any Ph.D. or M.Phil. programme till academic session 2015-16. Consequently, the University has not issued any Ph.D. or M.Phil. degree to any person.
3. How can the Degree Certificate and Consolidated mark sheet be verified?:
** Requests for verification of Degree/diploma certificates and consolidated mark sheet shall be entertained only after the University has issued its first degree/diploma certificate and consolidated marksheet which is probably around April-May 2017. The degree/diploma/marksheet can be verified only by an employer/ Head of Institution.
** The Embassy or High Commission/ Reputed Foreign and Indian Credentials Verification Agencies. The concerned office who wants the verification shall have to make formal request along with the photocopy of the Degree/Diploma Certificate or Consolidated Marksheet.
** The application/request of the Verification be addressed to the Registrar, Indira Gandhi Technological And Medical Sciences University, Ziro, Arunachal Pradesh- 791120, registrar@igtamsu.ac.in. The verification process takes two weeks post receipt of verification fee.
Mandatory requirements of particulars for Degree/Diploma/Consolidated Marksheet Verification:
** Name of the Student
** Programme passed
** Year of Passing
** Enrolment Number
** Roll Number of the final year Examination
** Department/School
** Postal Address and Email Id of the Agency/ Head of Institution/ Embassy/ High Commission. It is mandatory to provide official email id. General Email id, eg @gmail.com, @yahoo.co.in etc, is not acceptable.
Fee for Verification:
The fee for verification of Degree Certificate is to be made through Demand Draft in Favour of “Indira Gandhi Technological And Medical Sciences University” payable at Ziro, Arunachal Pradesh or in cash with the Cashier, Indira Gandhi Technological And Medical Sciences University.
In India: Rs. 1000/- per document
For Abroad: US $100 per document
