Procedure of Billing

After installation of meter, its details and initial, meter reading is supplied to to bill section. The energy bill is issued monthly. The meter reading is taken as per predetermined cycle which may be monthly, bimonthly or trimonthly. Average bill, based on the average consumption of consumer is issued, for the month in which meter reading is not taken which is later on adjusted.

1. Is extending power supply to the consumers depending upon the purpose for which it is being utilised?
To become a consumer of MPPKVVCL get an authorized HT/ LT service connection for supply of electricity after completing all necessary formalities.

2. How to get application form and where to submit the application forms?
The prescribed application form for LT supply may be taken from the Distribution. Centre in the jurisdiction of which the applicant’s premise is situated, after paying the cost of the form and it should be submitted to the same Distribution. Centre. It may also be down loaded from this web site.

If the application form is down loaded from the website, the cost of the form should be deposited at the time of submission of duly filled form to OIC of the concern Distribution Centre. The application form for HT supply may be obtained from the Division Office or Circle Office in the jurisdiction of which the applicants premises is situated after paying the cost of the form.

The duly filled application form be submitted to concern division office. The prescribed application form for LT supply may be taken from the Distribution. Centre in the jurisdiction of which the applicant’s premise is situated, after paying the cost of the form and it should be submitted to the same Distribution. Centre. 3. How to increase sanctioned load?
For increasing the sanctioned load of domestic/commercial or industrial (LT) connection apply to concerned distt. Centre/sub-divisional office. For increase in contract demand of a HT connection apply to concerned division office.

After confirming the feasibility, the load is sanctioned and demand note is issued which includes additional security deposit service line charge etc

4. How to lodge complaint ?
In case of failure of supply –
1.Contact nearest fuse of call centre, either on telephone or in person to lodge the complaint .
2.At the time of lodging the complaint give details like Name, location service connection no. pole no. etc. for easy access to MPPKVVCL employees.

3.The complaint register is kept at convenient places.
4.MPPKVVCL is not charging any extra charges for attending fuse off call complaint.

If the electric supply of whole area goes off, it may be a major fault and may take some longer duration for restoration of supply.
1.In case of some anomaly in energy bill.- (viz wrong reading, arrears shown though bill is paid etc.)
2.Contact nearest MPPKVVCL office and bring the anomaly in notice of concerned for rectification.

3.In rural arrears the distribution centre or sub-division office deals with billing complaints, while in urban areas ,Divisional office deals with billing problems.
4.In case of abnormal delay in settling the complaint lodged, consumer may contact to higher officers in their offices on any working day.

1. Earlier it was easy to pay LT bill through net. Now, you have made this complicated as the LT bill site does not open and you make the customer run around. The SBI net option has been hidden and you are offering different gate ways for unknown reasons.

2. I am unable to pay bill online because after feeding the New IVRS number 4200339040494859 and even old IVRS number 420033494859, a message appears that, “the page you requested is not available”. Please tell, how to pay online bill in RO above IVRS number.

    मेरा बिल भरदिया पर फोनपे पर पेमेंट हो गया है और बिल का मेसेज नहीं आ रहा है तो क्या अब बिल भी चेक करने पर पेमेंट नहीं हुआ बताया जा रहा है अब बिल फिर से एक बार बार ना पड़ेगा या फिर मेरा पमेंट का क्या होगा मुझे और पमेंट दुसरे दूसरे मोबाइल से किया गया उसमें पेमेंट सक्सेसफुल बता रहा है अब पेमेंट का क्या होगा पेमेंट रिटर्न हो जाएगा या फिर बिल भरा जाएगा

    All these connections are at Ratlam. The House is locked for last 5-6 months. Actual electricity consumption shown in monthly bill is 0 for last 5-6 months.
    Surprisingly Bill issued me for units consumption (as desired by board) without any justification. I arranged for necessary correction and provide me actual bills to make payment.

    With reference to the captioned subject I submit,
    The Bill have been paid by me through e-banking facility on 18/07/2016 for Rs.2775.00 and successful transaction number generated as 7236026 and my Bank account has been debited for the same with transaction Id S73291938 .
    Till the date I have not received any confirmation/Alert/e-mail for above.
    On searching your portal “mpwz.co.in View & Pay LT Bill Madhya Pradesh : Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Ltd” showing this bill still unpaid.
    You are requested to please look into the matter and resolve my problem, at your earliest.

  13. Please help and solve my problem. My actual meter service no. is 72-85-00252189, but by mistake your record is noted on 72-82-00252189. We are request to you to correct the my meter service no. in your record, because my bill is not receiving in my current residence address 16 c Padmalay colony, shikshak Nagar 3 Chhotabangarda Road Indore- 452005. We are also provide the below letter on Dated 08.12.15 and 09.02.16, but MPEB worker (Gandhi Nagar Zone) is only noted my complaint in register, and they are said to me your problem is resolve earliest possible, but not till today my problem is not solved.
