GITAM University Online Fee Payment

There are 3 ways to make fee payment:
** Challan Payment (UBI / INDIAN BANK)
** UBI Net Banking
** Card Payment (Visa/Master Credit/Debit Cards)

Terms and Conditions :
** Student/Parent has to enter the Registration number of the student.
** Click on “Get Student Details button” to diaplay the details of the student.
** Check fee amount to be paid.
** Select payment bank and click on “Continue.”
** Follow the instructions given by the Payment Bank Website.
** Incase of challan payment take a print out of challan or Note down the challan reference number.
** Make a note of Reference/Transaction Details in case of Net banking or card payment.
** Finally click on “View Payments” to know old payment details.
** For every DD, generate a separate challan (in case of challan payment)
** Student Fee payment will be confirmed subject to realization of funds to GITAM University
** For all online payments you are agreed to terms and conditions of the University
** The fee being paid is only for fee head specified in the challan/card payment screen
** When a candidate makes double card payment by mistake, refund can be considered only on bringing it to the notice of GITAM University by mail within 7 days of making such payment. Any kind of requests beyond this 7 days period will not be entertained. The refund process via same source of payments made in such cases will be initiated in Three to Five working days after receiving the refund request in all eligible cases of refund. This clause is applicable only in case of multiple payments by a candidate.
** During the process of making payment by the candidate, by any chance the amount is deducted from the candidate and the same has not reached GITAM University account is automatically refunded by the payment gateway provider on bringing the issue to the notice of payment gateway service provider.
