Terms And Conditions :
** One Person is allowed to travel in a seat/Berth for one ticket.
** Company is not responsible for luggages carried by the passengers.
** Ticket is not transferable.
** Company is not responsible for unusual delays and break – downs.
** Company is not responsible if pick – up passengers miss the bus.
** Luggage other than personal luggage will be charged.
*Children above 3 years will be charged.
*Half Ticket charged will not be provided seat.
** Kindly check your date of travel and time.
** The Bus will not halt for dinner.
** Reserved Passengers should report 1/2 an hour before departure.
** In case of any failure in the sleeper, A/c Sleeper Coach, Non A/c. Seat will be provided and the excess fare will be refunded.
** The Print Out of the Booked Ticket copy should be given, along with Original ID is must for Travel.
** All Rights Reserved by the Company.
Cancellation Terms :
** After 2.00Pm No cancellation allowed after 2.00 PM
** Before 2.00Pm Rs 20 per ticket

Vivegam coaches are now transporting more than 1569 Passengers on a daily basis from various cities all over Tamil Nadu to different destinations.
Cargo division :
In addition to carrying passengers the group continues to Give effective service in carrying covers, parcels and other Luggage.s and delivers on time in the cities where they have Offices.
Overnight delivery is the routine feature to all Destinations. A separate cargo division caters to this Requirement where container trucks are involved
Group travel :
Group passenger transport for festivals, marriages and Educational institutions and other corporate requirements are handled by separate division in the corporate office at Tuticorin .
Net booking :
Now to facilitate total customer satisfaction in addition to 50 ticket booking offices in service, the net booking Facility is also provided.
