Migration Certificates:
The students of Sardar Patel University who have completed /incomplete their studies at graduation or post graduation level and wish to get the admission to other universities will have to obtain the Migration Certificate from this University. Migration certificate is issued only after a student secures his/her admission in other University (other than Sardar Patel University).

Students have to apply through prescribed application form (Available at Store Section, Room No. 108), form fees Rs.25 /- and required documents with true copy for migration certificate
Documents required for Migration Certificate:
1. Photocopy of Graduation / Post graduation marksheets.
2. Acknowledgement/ PEC/ Receipt of Admission secured in College or University.
Note:
** Application form is verified at the Academic section of the university Room No.213. After that, Migration fee Rs.100/- is to be paid at the Account section of the university. The students of the SPU post graduate department or M.B.Patel Education College will have to pay fee Rs.20/- extra for transfer certificate.
** Student who has completed his/her study in university affiliated colleges have to collect transfer certificate from respective college and then submit the same in academic section along with migration application form. Student of University Post Graduate Department will have to submit the application form in Academic Section after Head of Department signature and seal.
Obtaining Diploma Certificate :
The procedure for obtaining Diploma Certificate after passing the Diploma Examinations is as follows :
Step-1 : The student concerned can fill the form for receiving Diploma Certificate any time during a given year.
Step-2 : He/she should obtain an application form for the purpose from the University Stores Section (Room No.108) on payment of Rs.25.
Step-3 : Having obtained the Diploma Certificate form, he/she should fill in all the relevant details and attach photocopies of the Marksheet.
Step-4 : He/she should get the completed form checked in the Examination Section (Room No.201)
Step-5 : He/she should collect the checked form and proceed to the University Accounts Section to pay Rs.150.
Step-6 : He/she should submit the completed form and a photocopy of the receipt in Examination Section.
Step-7 : He/she can collect his/her Diploma Certificate from the institution where he/she had studied after the third week of January by producing the receipt.

Fees receipt showing payment of fees to the university where you are going to study can be given as proof for receiving migration certificate from your existing university.
