Registration Procedure

The registration application forms for different purposes, alongwith the detailed instructions and procedures, are appended alongwith the application forms which can be downloaded from Council’s website.

Please observe the following points before you start the registration process :
** The applicant him self must fill in all particulars given on Application Form.
** All particulars should be in neat legible hand.
** Candidates should note that their names entered in the application must exactly correspond with their names in the University.
** Xerox Copies of certificates attached to the application.
** including , Passing certificate and Completion of Internship Certificate must be got ATTESTED BY GAZETTED OFFICER.
** Two Passport size COLOUR photographs should be attached to the application.
** Ready the scanned copies of your original cerftificates/documents in .jpeg/.jpg/.gif format.
** Each scanned copy size should not be more than 400KB (100 dpi in Black and White).
** Scan your photo in color @150 dpi.

Instructions For Registration

** The applicant must himself/herself fill in all particulars given in the format.
** All particulars should be in neat legible hand in block letters.
** Candidates should note that their particulars entered in the application form must correspond exactly with their particulars mentioned in the University Mark sheets/Degrees.
** Registration Fee must be submitted in the form of a demand draft only in favour of Registrar, Haryana State Dental Council payable at Chandigarh/Panchkula.

Registration Renewal

The names of the Dentists, who fail to renew their registration between 1st January to 31st March every year as mentioned below, shall stand removed from the register. However, the names of such Dental Practitioners can be re-entered in the register, if he/she pays the prescribed renewal fees, together with a late fee of Rs. 500/- per year thereof for dentist, as provided in the Dentists Act, 1948.

About Us :
The Haryana State Dental Council is the statutory body created as per the provision of section 21 of the Dentists Act, 1948 with an objective to regulate the profession of Dentistry in Haryana. Accordingly, the Haryana Government constituted Haryana State Dental Council, vide Government Notification No.2338/33, Dated 21/09/1951.

This is not a profit making institution and the income earned by way of fees is used for the maintenance of this council and the income and expenditure are audited by the office of Chief Auditor, Local Fund Account, Haryana State.

1. I have applied for BDS registration. It has been almost 1 month. I have been trying to call at the given numbers about the status as when will I get my registration done but no one answers the call. (Registration procedure done and sent to Chandigarh via speed post).

2. What is the procedure to get registration in dental council of Haryana? What is the fee? What certificates are required to be furnished? Is it possible online? Please guide. I completed B.D.S from Manav Rachna Dental College, Faridabad.

3. I am already registered with Haryana State Dental Council but, now I have to get registered with another state. So, do I need to get it cancelled first at Haryana or can I continue with the new registration procedure?

4. Myself, Dr. Jyoti, has already registered for BDS as well as MDS with Haryana state dental council. My registration no is HN-1589 A. Since my registration is valid only upto 31st December, 2016, I have sent the necessary documents along with Demand draft and a self addressed envelope at your address through speed post on 20th October, 2016 from Udaipur, Rajasthan. I have not still received the Renewal Certificate ( 40 Days). So, please look into the matter and do the needful as I am very near to the expiry of my registration. I respectfully request you to please let me know the status of my renewal. Waiting eagerly for your response.
