Mobile Banking :
IOBMOBILE is the mobile banking service provided by Indian Overseas Bank. It helps the customer to do following transactions:

** Balance Enquiry
** Mini Statement
** Funds Transfer within Bank from one account to another
** Funds Transfer to accounts of other bank using NEFT and IMPS
** Topup and bill payments
** Stop cheque
** Cheque status
** ATM card blocking
** Foreign Remittance using IMPS
Registration Process New Registrations through Mobile banking :
** New customers have to download the application from here
** Fill the application and submit the same to branch
New Registrations through Internet banking :
** Customer can also register/add accounts through internet banking –» login –» edit profile –» mobile banking registration
Migration of Existing Registrations :
** Customers who are already registered (on or before 23.02.2015) for mobile banking, please send an SMS to +919551099007 as per the format given below
ACT<space><15DigitAccountNo> (any account number registered with us for mobile banking)
Application download :
** On successful registration, Customer will receive download link and MPIN through SMS
** You can download the application from the link given in SMS message or from google play store /windows store / Apple store by searching for “IobMobile”
Channels :
IOB Mobile banking can be used through any of the following modes
** USSD
** Android/iPhone/Windows application
** Mobile browser(WAP)
USSD :
** The following Services can be availed through USSD by calling *99#
** Balance Enquiry
** Mini Statement
** Funds Transfer through IMPS
** Change MPIN
** Know My MMID
** Dial *99# from mobile phone.
** The message is displayed “Welcome to National Unified USSD Platform for Mobile Banking. Please enter your 7 digit MMID.”
** Enter ‘IOBA’ in IFSC field
** The bank mobile banking menu is displayed on the screen.
** Select the transaction from the menu and enters the details (last four digits of account number) as requested in the session to complete the transaction.
** Bank completes the transaction and confirms the result on the mobile of the customer
Android /Windows/apple Application :
First time Login :
** When the customer downloads the application and logins for the very first time, Application will ask to enter the registered mobile number and mPIN
** On entering mobile number and mPIN, customer will be prompted to enter OTP(One time PIN) received to registered mobile number
** On entering OTP customer will be prompted to set a new 4-digit password and confirm password
** After successfully setting the password customer has to change the MPIN through Change MPIN option.
