BHEL, procures materials and components on a regular basis from suppliers spread all over the world. For this purpose, BHEL is backed by a strong supplier-base which is continually updated.

New suppliers and traders (only those who are sole/authorized representatives of OEMs) both from within India and abroad, who would give BHEL competitive inputs, are now being added to the list of existing suppliers.

For an initial assessment and empanelment with BHEL, suppliers may get registered by submitting completed forms to respective unit’s Contact Person. To see the specific requirements of various Manufacturing Units, please click the link “New Suppliers Requirement”.

For registration form, click the applicable link under “New Suppliers” block.

** Session time is limited to 15 minutes to complete a page & click “save as draft” regularly to avoid losing the data.
** Only PDF files are allowed to upload.
** Form has to be mandatorily despatched by one of the following ways:
** Hard copy of Signed & Sealed Supplier registration Form by Authorised Signatory can be despatched either through courier or post. Dispatch details are to be entered by the supplier. If supplier forgets to enter the dispatch details, BHEL shall not process the application. (Least preferable mode)
Or
** Scanned copy of Signed & Sealed Supplier Registration Form by Authorised Signatory can be uploaded in the portal. Hard copy submission is optional.
Or
** Digitally Signed Supplier Registration Form in PDF format can be uploaded in the Portal. Hard copy submission is optional. Undespatched application shall not be considered
** Use only above shown backward and forward tabs for going on previous and next pages of form respectively.
** If facing problem while uploading etc. try other browser like Firefox Mozilla/ Google chrome etc.
** Material Search link at the centre of home page helps to search the materials available to apply for with different plants.
** It is strongly recommended to do thorough search for the materials interested before proceeding to fill the form.
** Clicking on “links for verification” and various tabs open which provide various links for verifications.
** Material Search can be done by three ways.
** It is to be suggested that material search is to be performed by entering the brief description (keyword/ s) of the material.

For New Registration Of Additional Item / Other BHEL Unit :
New registration Tab will only be enabled, once the current / any one of the application is Confirmed and despatced. This Tab helps supplier to apply same or to different BHEL units using same login credentials. (Initial application data including Uploads will be available to recheck, edit ) ,Rest of the procedure remains same as with the initial application.

** After selecting the plant ,click on register new plant .After that below shown page can be seen.
** A new application number is generated for new plant can be choosen from drop down menu of application list.
** After selecting the application number the page will automatically shift to our supplier registration form.
** Most of the data are automatically fill from the first application form and are in editable mode ** Data related to financial information , balance sheets & bank eft details are not copied from the first default form.
** Ensure clicking on “save as draft” on all pages before final submission
** Form confirm, Form print, form despatch tabs are to be filled & status of the form can be seen on a screen itself ( the detailed instruction has already been explained previosly under the respective headings).
** After completing the form the following screen will appear which ensures that form has been submited successfully.
