This registration form is only meant for RPS not for farmers. Farmers have to download the application form and submit along with the required documents(as mentioned in the notice) to the nearest Rubber Producers Society.

About Electronic Benefit Transfer :
** The Department of Agriculture has initiated the e-Payment process for the electronic transfer of subsidies to eligible beneficiary farmers during the year 2012-2013. The entire process was solely dependent on the software of various banks involved in the process.

** As per the decision taken by Government, a comprehensive and user friendly portal developed by the National Informatics Center (NIC) for the use of various Government Departments of the State, will be used by the Department of Agriculture in order to streamline the e-Payment process and make the whole process fast, reliable efficient and accountable during 2013-14 onwards.

  1. I am registered Rubber production Incentive Scheme subsidy to Rubber Farmers, at Idukki Thodupuzha, RPS/TRPS Peringassary. My registration number is RUBRUBxxx358361. I submitted cash receipts of the previous years 2016,2017. But I have not any benefit up to this time. I request to you what is the reason? They asked one rupees per KG for uploading receipts. So I humbly request to you Inspection to TRPS Peringassary avoid delay.
