Manual – Birth & Death Registration :
** Certificate is issued to the relative of the deceased , who died within the area of New Town Kolkata Development Authority, in form-6 in terms of rule 9 0f the WBRBD Ruls,2000.
** Relative of the deceased will give information in form-2 enclosing Cremation/ Burial Certificate from any Burning Ghat , death certificate issued by a registered doctor, and photo bearing documents to prove address, age, sex etc.
** Certificate is prepared after submission of form-2 and placed for signature of the Chief Executive Officer, New Town Kolkata Development Authority.
** After signature of the Chief Executive Officer, New Town Kolkata Development Authority, Certificate is handed over to the Informant.
