Internet Banking :

** Open Internet Explorer (Version 9.0 & above), Mozilla Firefox, Google chrome etc
** Type obconline.co.in to invoke the NetBanking Application

** After clicking on “Register now”, user will reach the “Online User Registration” page wherein Account Number is to be mandatorily entered along with PAN Card Number / Date of Birth.
** User shall directly reach below screen by clicking on “Self User Creation” at obconline.co.in, as mentioned in Step 1.
** User can opt for “Type of Facility” for Internet Banking – “View Facility”/ “View and Transaction facility” both.
** User needs to select his/ her registered Mobile number and generate the OTP (One Time Password).
** Enter the OTP and click on “Continue”.
** In the next step, User needs to enter the OBC ATM-cum-Debit Card details viz. Debit Card Number, ATM PIN, Expiry Date, Account Number and Account Type.
** Click “Continue”.
** During the process of “Online User Registration”, User can set both LOGIN as well as TRANSACTION Password.
** Once the passwords are entered, select “I accept the Terms and Conditions”, then click “Complete Registration”.
** After Completing Registration successfully, User can View / Transact after 24 to 48 hours.

Please note:
1.Using this facility, customers would be able to register for OBC’s Internet Banking Services online, without visiting branch.
2.The facility is available only for self operated saving and current account customers.
3.Only customers who are registered for SMS Alerts facility with our Bank can avail this facility

4.Please keep following information ready before using the facility of online registration –
a.Account Number (For which Internet banking is to be registered)
b.Date of Birth or PAN No. as available in bank records
c.Debit Card No. and ATM PIN (Linked with the account number for which Internet banking is being registered)
d.Your Mobile ( registered with the bank) for receiving One Time Password (OTP)

5.Only in case of providing above information correctly, you will be able to complete the registration process.
6.Post successful registration for Internet banking services, the user would be instantly activated and can login to internet banking. However, complete data and account related information will be available only after 24-48 hrs.

Password :
The user accepts and unconditionally agrees to the following:
** Upon approval of the account holder’s application, the customer will be allotted a user Id and password to access the e-banking facility.
** The user id will be mailed to customer’s registered address with the bank and password will be mailed separately to the branch where the account is maintained.
** The password so mailed is not known to anyone including the Bank staff. In the event of the mails containing user id and password reaches the customer in a tampered / damaged condition, contact the Bank immediately.
** On accessing e-banking for the first time, the user has to compulsorily change the password assigned by the Bank through the relevant option. The user is at liberty to change the password as many times as possible at his risk and consequences. The user will be solely responsible for maintaining secrecy of the password, and the Bank shall in no way be responsible for the misuse of the said password by any person other than the authorised user.
** The Bank does not assume any responsibility in this behalf including against loss incurred by the user as a result of misuse / unauthorised use of user Id / password
