Interest Rate Policy:
** A borrower is communicated the annualised rate percentage in the sanction letter while communicating the approval of a loan.
** This rate of interest is arrived at through Karvy Finance’s interest rate model which takes into account relevant factors such as cost of funds, margin and risk premium.
** We take a comprehensive approach to the gradation of risk that does not discriminate between classes of borrowers, but rather tailors the interest rate to each loan.

** The decision to give a loan and the rate of interest thereon are carefully assessed on a case by case basis based on multiple factors which may include the borrower’s cash flows (past, current and projected), borrower’s other financial commitments, the borrower’s credit record, the security for the loan as represented by underlying assets or other financial guarantees etc.

** Such information is gathered based on information provided by the borrower, credit reports, market intelligence and information gathered by field inspection of the borrower’s premises.

Terms & Conditions:
** Karvy Financial Services Limited (“KFSL”) offers to the general public and to existing Karvy group customers (the “Customer”) an opportunity to avail financial facility in nature of Loan against Gold, Loan against Securities, Loan against Property and Personal Loan (“Loan”) subject to terms and conditions herein below and such other terms and conditions, as may be applicable and notified by KFSL from time to time.

** KFSL reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any terms and conditions as contained herein, at any point of time, without any notice or intimation, written or otherwise.

** The Loan offered by KFSL to its Customers shall be governed by the terms and conditions contained in the respective loan agreements (the “Loan Agreement”). In case of any conflict, the terms and conditions contained in the Loan Agreement shall supersede these terms and conditions.

** KFSL may contact a customer on the telephone / contact number provided by them within a period of 30 days from the date of the request / query. Such follow-up calls made by KFSL shall be regarded as solicited calls and would be exempted from any ‘Do Not Call requests’ that may have been placed at any point of time against the said telephone / contact numbers by a customer.

** In case of sweepstakes offer and / or lucky draw and/or contests (“Scheme”), KFSL may stipulate the minimum criteria for participation by a Customer. The winners for all such Schemes shall be selected by KFSL. The gifts (as applicable to each Scheme) shall be provided by KFSL in the manner stipulated by KFSL.
