How to Apply Services

** Kerala State portal provides various government department services accessible to the citizen from any location 24/7 via internet. Citizen can apply to any of these services through the portal.

** The details of the services available through the portal are availablein the tab Services State Portal Services .

The Steps involved in applying for the service is as follows:
1) Login to the State Portal using the login credential. New user should register to the portal first.
2) Click on the Apply online tab that appears after login to the portal.
3) Select required department from the left side menu and select the service.
or
Select the service directly from the dropdown.

After Submitting the form, the details of the submitted forms are available in My Transactions Tab.
To get the latest status of the form: Click on get Status tab provide the acknowledgment number and click on Submit button.

What is the portal about?
This portal will be a single point of access to the citizens, for either information or transactional purposes.

One of the goals of the Government is to cooperate, collaborate and integrate information across different departments in the Centre, States and Local Government.It is served through this portal.

How to Register?
In any page in the portal, you can see a select box saying “signin” in the top right.On clicking that, you will be taken to a sign in page,where you also have an option of creating an account.

Clicking on that and filling up the required details will provide you the login ID and password through which you can avail the services.

What are the various services provided through this portal?
Through this portal, citizens can apply for several services across the administrative departments through electronic form applications. It also provides basic information about the state, contact details of important administrative officials e.t.c.,

How can I apply for certificates(Birth,Death,Marriage e.t.c.,)?
After registration, the user has to login into portal with his credentials. User has to click on the ply Online tab, and then select the respective department and the service to avail it.

How can I check the status of my application?
The status of the application can be checked either through SMS or by logging into the portal.

What if I forget my password?
In case you forget the password, please click on the forget password link in the sign in page. You will be redirected to a page , where in you have to answer to a secret question.if the security answer matches the previously given data you will be given provision to reset the password.

What are the different modes of payment available?
Payment can be made through Debit card, Credit card or via Net Banking.
