Directorate of Boilers, Labour Department, Government of West Bengal reserves the right, to modify the terms, either partially or fully at any time.

Boiler Ditectorate portal must not be used for causing social tension, anxiety, harassment, inconvenience or embarrassment, or disturbing the spirit of national integration to any person or group of persons. No one shall use the services for any illegal or immoral purpose with malafide intentions and ulterior motives.

Penal action may be taken for supplying incomplete, false, inaccurate, objectionable or misleading information or for violation of any of the terms and particulars of such information or data may be immediately removed from database.

The Owners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account.

Instruction to be followed for submission of application for on-line Registration of Boiler or Economiser :

Step 1 : Fill up your personal details properly.
Step 2 : Fill up Form B No.1 carefully.
Step 3 : Upload all documents like Form-II(1).II(2) etc, Form-III, Form-IV A, Form-III C of Safety Valves, Drawings and other documents for Boiler.
Or
Upload all documents like Form-VII, Form-VIII, Form-IV A, Form-III C of Safety Valves, Drawings and other documents for Economiser.
Step 4 : Pay the requisite fee and Travelling Allowance on-line through GRIPS.
Step 5 : Download Acknowledgement as Form I for your future reference.
Step 6 : Download Form B No. 1 for your future reference.
