Financial Assistance To Church Run Institutions :

Orders were issued for implementation of various Welfare Schemes for the benefit of Christian Minorities through TSC(M)FC. Under this financial assistance is being released to church run hospitals, schools, orphanages, old age homes ect…

Financial Assistance to Christian Hospitals:
Eligibility:
a. Hospitals working in remote areas of the state and which are affiliated to Mainline Churches.
b. Financial assistance is given in the form of development of infrastructure by constructing additional blocks or in the form of supply of equipment.

Financial Limit: Financial Assistance will not exceed Rs.10.00Lakhs whether for Construction activity or for material support or for both together.

The proposals must be recommended by District Collector and then are scrutinized and sanctioned by a Committee consisting of:
a. Secretary to Government, Minorities Welfare Department.
b. Managing Director, TSCMFC
c. Managing Director, THMHIDC

Financial Assistance to Christian School Buildings:
Eligibility:
a. Schools affiliated to Mainline Churches and recognized by the Government.
b. Financial assistance is given in the form of development of Infrastructure like Class Rooms, drinking water facilities, toilets and compound walls etc.

Financial Limit:
Financial Assistance will not exceed Rs. 5.00 Lakhs per school.

The proposals must be recommended by District Collector and then are scrutinized and sanctioned by a Committee consisting of:
a. Secretary to Government, Minorities Welfare Department.
b. Managing Director, TSCMFC

Financial Assistance to Orphanages run by Churches:
Eligibility:
a. Financial assistance is given in the form of development of Infrastructure like rooms, toilets, compound walls, drinking water facility etc.
b. Financial assistance is also given to provide three pairs of dresses, one sweater, pair of shoes and one trunk box.

Financial Limit:
Financial Assistance does not exceed Rs. 5.00 Lakhs and for material support, the limit is Rs. 2,500/- per child.

The proposals must be recommended by District Collector and then are scrutinized and sanctioned by a Committee consisting of:
a. Principal Secretary to Government, Minorities Welfare Department.
b. Managing Director, TSCMFC

Financial Assistance to Old Age Homes:
Eligibility:
Affiliated to Mainline Churches

a. Financial assistance is given in the form of development of Infrastructure like construction of buildings, toilets.
b. Financial assistance is also given to distribution of material like beds, woolen blankets, wheel chairs, walkers, senior citizen chairs, televisions etc.

Financial Limit:
Financial Assistance does not exceed Rs. 5.00 Lakhs for construction activity and Rs. 2.00 Lakhs for material support.

The proposals must be recommended by District Collector and then are scrutinized and sanctioned by a Committee consisting of:
a. Secretary to Government, Minorities Welfare Department.
b. Managing Director, TSCMFC

Financial Assistance for Construction of Community Halls cum Youth Resource Centers:
Eligibility:
a. Mainline Churches that have sufficient vacant place in their premises.
b. The building will be constructed by a Government Agency and the Church has to maintain the building.

Financial Limit:
Financial Assistance does not exceed Rs. 5.00 Lakhs for each Community Hall and upto 20% of the amount can also be utilized for procurement of furniture, Desktop, audio-video equipment, library books etc will be procured by the TSCMFC.

The proposals must be recommended by District Collector and then are scrutinized and sanctioned by a Committee consisting of:
a. Secretary to Government, Minorities Welfare Department.
b. Managing Director, TSCMFC

    How many funds were sanctioned/released under TSCMFC Financial Assistance To Church Run Institutions Telangana after the formation of Telangana to till date 7 area wise?
